Determination of 11 preservatives (parabens, chlorphenesin …) in a soda and a cosmetic cream using the Wyn-CE capillary electrophoresis apparatus coupled to a direct UV detection at 206 nm. This work was done by the students of the BTS Anabiotech of the High School Le Gros Chêne of Pontivy.
