Capillary electrophoretic method for analysis of cefotaxime

Cefotaxime is an antibiotic used to treat a large number of bacterial infections. It is on the World Health Organization’s List of Essential Medicines. WynSep therefore developed an analytical strategy based on capillary electrophoresis separation to control Cefotaxime concentration in the preparation before injecting the patients. The developed method appears as rapid and accurate.
